GIRLS LEADING OUR WORLD
G.L.O.W is a curated mentorship program designed to support and empower girls aged 11-18 in Durham. Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive space where girls can thrive and find sisterhood, no matter their background or circumstances.
We take a holistic approach to our program, focusing on different aspects of their development. G.L.O.W. emphasizes personal growth, social awareness, academic improvement, physical and emotional well-being, and financial literacy. Through our evidence-based curriculum, curated trips and activities, community service projects, and access to community resources, we work to foster our girls' overall growth and empowerment.
Beyond academics and mental health, we cultivate a supportive community that encourages growth and understanding. Through facilitated discussions on social issues, we invite influential individuals to share their insights, empowering your daughter to develop a strong sense of self and become a changemaker in her own right.
We invite you to join G.L.O.W. and witness the incredible transformation that occurs when girls are supported, inspired, and allowed to succeed.
